Cold Plunges x 3
Submerge yourself in chilled fresh water for a rush that awakens every sense. This ancient wellness ritual stimulates circulation, reduces inflammation, and promotes deep recovery. You leave feeling invigorated, centered, and renewed. To receive the full benefits of our facility, pair with our saunas in a soothing cycle of heat and cold. Temperatures range from 58° to 38° in our three self-service plunges.

Elements is a self-service, self-paced contrast space designed to let you slow down, reset, and recharge without schedules or pressure.
Move through heat and cold at your own rhythm. Rest between rounds, relax outdoors, or connect with others if it feels right. Our courtyard fountain area, elements lounge, and second-floor porch and patio spaces are part of the experience that supports your recovery, presence, and balance between rounds.
